In one paragraph. ShopFlow Technologies is a growth company for auto tint, PPF, ceramic and detailing shops. We write and run Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, answer every lead within minutes on dedicated tracking numbers, quote from the shop's own price list, take a deposit, put the job on the calendar, and report what it made. Shops keep doing the work. We do the part that pulls them out of the bay.
What ShopFlow Technologies does
Most shops we meet already get leads. The leads come in from Google, Facebook, referrals and the phone, and then they die, because nobody can lay film and work a phone at the same time. ShopFlow Technologies exists to close that gap. Four things, and that is the whole job:
- Run the ads. Facebook, Instagram and Google Search, built around tint, ceramic and PPF intent. Ad spend is billed to the shop, never marked up.
- Answer every lead. Calls, texts, web forms and Facebook leads get a reply in minutes and a follow-up sequence with multiple attempts.
- Book the job with a deposit. Quotes come from the shop's price list. No appointment goes on the calendar without money down.
- Tie it to the invoice. Every lead ends in a known state and a dollar figure. Once a month the owner gets one page: spent, leads, booked, collected.
Behind that is ShopFlow, our own software: a CRM built for auto shops with a lead pipeline, an AI phone receptionist, estimates with deposits, and revenue reporting. Clients log into it; we run it for them.
Who it's for
Independent window tint shops, PPF and clear-bra installers, ceramic coating studios and auto detailers in New Mexico. Right now we work in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe, and setup happens in person at the shop. Arizona and Texas are next.
The founder
Aidan Woods founded ShopFlow Technologies in Albuquerque. He runs the campaigns, answers the phones, writes the reports, and spends two days a week on site in client bays. Every number on this site comes from work he ran himself. He is one person here in town, not a call center in another time zone, which is why the company takes a small number of shops at a time.
How we work
- A 15-minute call. You tell us your ticket size and how many calls you miss. We tell you straight whether it pencils out, and what it would cost for your shop.
- Setup at your shop. We see the bays, learn the prices, and hear how you talk to customers, so the phone sounds like your shop and not a script.
- Ads, phones, bookings. Live within the first two weeks. Phone video shot in your bay beats a professional shoot, so there is no film crew.
- One page a month. Spent, leads, booked, collected. If the numbers are bad, you will see it. So will we. Month to month, no contract.
Pricing is set to the work after the call. For scale, the shop in our published case study pays $3,000 a month, with ad spend billed to them directly.
The numbers we publish
We publish real campaign results instead of testimonials. The current case study is one window tint, ceramic and PPF shop in Albuquerque over 30 days:
| Aug 18 to Sep 16, 2026 | |
|---|---|
| Ad spend, billed to the shop | $1,352.97 |
| Leads | 276 |
| Leads reached | 261 |
| Jobs booked, each with a deposit | 54 |
| Cost per booked job | $25.06 |
| Work booked | $25,375 |
The full ledger, the iPhone-versus-pro ad test and the questions shop owners ask are on the homepage. The how-to version, with every table, is in How to grow a window tinting business.
